​We review each affiliate application to ensure alignment with our brand aesthetic and values. We prioritize partners who create intentional, high-quality content. Lavichelle reserves the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion.

​2. Commission & Payouts

• ​Commission: Affiliates earn a 12% commission on net sales generated through their unique tracking links.
• ​Net Sales Definition: Commission is calculated based on the total order value, excluding shipping, taxes, returns, and refunds.
• ​Payment Terms: Commissions are tracked and processed through our affiliate platform. Payments are disbursed on the 5th of the month following the sale, provided the account has met the minimum payout threshold of $100.

​3. Brand Standards & Content Usage

​To maintain the integrity of our brand, all partners must adhere to the following:

• ​Approved Materials: Partners may use provided product imagery and official brand assets. Any original content created must maintain a high standard of quality consistent with the Lavichelle brand.
• ​FTC Compliance: In accordance with FTC guidelines, all affiliate links must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed (e.g., 'This post contains affiliate links' or '#ad').
• ​Accuracy: Partners must avoid making unsubstantiated health or medical claims about our products. All product descriptions should align with information found on our official website.

​4. Prohibited Conduct

​The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate termination from the program:

• ​Trademark Bidding: Bidding on 'Lavichelle' or related brand keywords in paid search or social advertising.
• ​Deceptive Marketing: The use of fake coupon codes, 'leaked' sales information, or misleading clickbait.
• ​Direct Linking: Directing traffic from paid advertisements directly to the Lavichelle checkout page without editorial or original content context.

​5. Termination of Agreement

​Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Lavichelle reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation for any violation of these terms or for conduct that negatively impacts our brand. Upon termination, any pending commissions associated with prohibited activity will be forfeited.

Sponsorship Disclaimer

Any sponsored content, posts, or collaborations will always be clearly identified.

While Lavichelle may receive compensation, products, or other consideration in connection with sponsorships, we only work with partners who reflect our values and bring genuine benefit to our community.

The views and opinions expressed in sponsored content are authentic and our own, unless otherwise stated.

In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and other applicable advertising laws, all sponsorships and affiliate relationships will be disclosed clearly and conspicuously.

• Transparency & Trust – Our customers deserve honesty. All collaborations will be presented truthfully, without misleading claims or hidden partnerships.
• Limitation of Liability – Lavichelle is not responsible for the claims, representations, or practices of its sponsors, affiliates, or partners, and disclaims liability arising from sponsored content or third-party products and services.
