Lavichelle Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Gift Card Terms & Conditions apply to all Lavichelle digital gift cards purchased through our Shopify-powered website.

Redemption

Lavichelle gift cards may be redeemed exclusively at lavichelle.com toward eligible product purchases. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law, and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Delivery

All Lavichelle gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient provided at checkout. Please ensure the email address entered is accurate. Lavichelle is not responsible for gift cards delivered to an incorrect email address due to customer error.

Expiration

Lavichelle gift cards do not expire unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Once issued, gift cards cannot be canceled or replaced.

Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

Treat gift cards like cash. Lavichelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Replacement or reimbursement will not be provided once a gift card has been delivered.

Use of Balance

If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method at checkout. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchases.

Promotions & Discounts

Gift cards may not be eligible for use with certain discounts, promotions, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

Fraud Prevention

Lavichelle reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend gift cards and related orders if fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse is suspected.

Policy Modifications

Lavichelle reserves the right to update or modify these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
