Refund policy

At Lavichelle®, we take great pride in crafting products that support comfort, confidence, and well-being. Each item is made with care and attention to detail, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and body care products, we are unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened or used. However, we understand that issues may arise. If you are not satisfied or if something is not quite right, please notify us at contact@lavichelle.com within 14 days of receiving your order to begin a refund request.

All return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be accepted at the discretion of Lavichelle®. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible). Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please be aware that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the transaction.
