Processing Times

All Lavichelle orders are handcrafted and prepared with care. Orders are processed and shipped on the nearest business day after the order is placed, excluding U.S. holidays.

We do not ship orders on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays).

Because our products are produced in small batches of up to 20 units per batch, availability may be limited during times of high demand. We will notify you in the rare event of any processing delays.

Shipping Options & Costs

Shipping options and rates are provided at checkout and are determined by the carrier and destination selected by the customer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping method, carrier, and destination.

Once your package is accepted by the shipping carrier, transit time and delivery updates are managed directly by that carrier.

International Shipping

Lavichelle currently offers international shipping to select countries. Availability, costs, and delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, import duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in Lavichelle pricing or shipping costs.

International deliveries may experience delays due to customs processing or extended transit times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Issues or Missing Packages

Lavichelle works closely with shipping carriers to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered in a timely manner. If your package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact us or the selected carrier for tracking assistance.
